BinMaster's BinBob System is a highly reliable on-demand measurement system for solids, liquids, and slurries. This system is not affected by dust, moisture, fumes, high temperatures, echo, or angle of repose. The microprocessor based BBR II Remote lowers a bob from the top of the storage vessel to the material inside. When the bob makes contact with the material surface, it automatically retracts, measuring the distance travelled in both the lower and retract modes. This lets the operator know that an accurate measurement has been taken, and the bob is securely in the 'stand by' position. An error message is displayed if there is a difference in the two measurements.

The BBC II Console is capable of monitoring up to 30 vessels, and is connected to the remotes through a simple daisy chain twisted pair wiring design which significantly reduces installation expenses. The unit's LCD display will provide measurements in 'Metres of Product', 'Metres to Product', and 'Percentage Full'. Each vessel can be programmed with a different bin height, ensuring accurate readings in all modes.
