The AccuTech AT-30 Bakery Scale Controller is designed to control the batching and blending of quantities of flour in a bakery, to a pre-determined weight. Up to four silos may be selected, holding different products if required. Two stage feeding is used for optimum accuracy. Optional control of water addition as a percentage of the batch size. Up to 9 recipes, including flour products and water requirements, and 9 batch sizes. Reports include number of batches, and total mass of each recipe, material usage, and silo levels.

The system can also drive auxiliary equipment such as blowers and hammers using the built in PLC function.

Operator interface

The operator interface consists of a 240 x 64 pixel graphic LCD display, a 20 key membrane keypad, indicator LEDs and an alert buzzer.
