The AccuTech AT-15 Bakery Scale Controller is designed to control the batching and blending of quantities of flour in a bakery, to a pre-determined weight. Up to four silos may be selected, holding different products if required. Two stage feeding is used for optimum accuracy.Optional second scale for water addition with two stage feed for accuracy. Up to 40 recipes, including flour products and water requirements. Reports include number of batches, and total mass of each recipe, material usage, and silo levels.

Operator interface

The operator interface consists of a 240 x 64 pixel graphic LCD display, a 20 key membrane keypad, indicator LEDs and an alert buzzer.
