AccuTube process weighers are used to monitor and control the flow of fibrous, powdered and granular materials in a process.

Available in 30, 60, 90 and 150 litre capacities, the AccuTube process weighers have been designed with emphasis on hygiene, accessibility for maintenance, simplicity of operation, and ease of installation. All moving parts are situated externally for ease of access, as are the loadcells. Access points have been strategically positioned to enable cleaning of internal compartments.

The weigh hopper is triple loadcell mounted via a ball and cup arrangement, which provides a uniform weight distribution. Retractable calibration brackets are provided on the weigh hopper for ease of calibration.
