The unit can be supplied as a single weighing unit with twin vibratory feeders as shown, or as a double head with single vibratory feeder on each head, depending upon material and speed requirements.

The filling spout has a quick release facility for ease of changing for different pack sizes.

The vibratory fed range of bag fillers are available for bag sizes from 100g to 10kg for semi free flowing materials such as maize meal. Other materials packed using these machines include muesli, various nuts, and sugar.

The vibratory feeders are designed and manufactured by AccuTech and can be fitted with trays of differing widths to suit the pack size and material.

The weigh hopper is mounted on a twin loadcell system for stability and is easily removed for cleaning.
